About: I am Project Manager in creative technology and custom fabrication for experiential marketing, retail construction, residential construction and commercial for over 10 years. Clients include Google, Amazon, Nike, Apple, BMW, Spotify, and many others. Total Project budgets range from $1 million to $25 million. Bringing different vendors and trades across the US together to solve technical fabrication/technology/logistical problems in short timelines is what I am good at and fun for me (95% of the time). I started a real estate holding company in 2017 where we buy and renovate homes in need of heavy renovations then turn them into short-term rentals. I continue to manage that business and freelance project management. I am interested in buying a business in manufacturing, construction, business or home services somewhere in a state close to the mountains (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Vermont, New Hampshire and others)
